Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant or Associate Editor for
Licensed Publishing.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and editing a publishing list of approximately 25 titles
per year
Collaborating with licensors to brainstorm new book and series
ideas
Editing manuscripts and obtaining licensor approvals
Required Qualifications
2 years or more of children's editorial experience
Interest in and enthusiasm for licensed book publishing
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
