Salary: 70K - 90K

Description: Are you a finance professional with a strong accounting background and a passion for strategy and data-driven decision-making? ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a fast-paced, high-impact role in the entertainment industry. In this position, you'll support core financial functions including planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, while driving strategic initiatives across departments.
Responsibilities:
Lead month-end close activities and assist with quarterly fluctuation analysis
Drive the forecast and annual budgeting cycles across departments
Maintain and update program rights schedules and cash flow forecasts for key business segments
Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reports and operational review presentations
Oversee royalty revenue and payouts, including talent licensing and music rights
Generate billing requests and manage vendor payment workflows
Manage balance sheet reconciliations and financial data integrity
Support ad hoc financial modeling and strategic initiatives as requested by senior leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5-10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
Strong hands-on accounting background, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Oracle applications (especially PBCS) is strongly preferred
Experience in the entertainment industry is required
Proficiency in financial systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
