Job Description:
A company is looking for a VA Collections Specialist to oversee
accounts receivable efforts and collaborate with the Finance Team
and Legal Department.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor accounts receivable reports and update payment status for
past due accounts
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate posting
of payments
Maintain client contact to resolve disallowances and ensure prompt
payment resolution
Required Qualifications
2+ years of collection experience in a law firm is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency
College degree or equivalent years of experience
Familiarity with legal accounts software is desired
Open to working weekends
