Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee
financial operations and support strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily finance department operations, including accounts
payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, and forecasting
Lead the quarterly budgeting process and monitor budget
variances
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate
external audits
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA,
CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial management role
Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft
Excel
Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS
Experience in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting
