Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Equity, People,
Inclusion, and Culture.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and collaborate with senior leadership to align
organizational processes with core values
Oversee staff development efforts, including recruitment,
retention, and performance management
Develop and assess equitable structures, including regular
reporting on staff demographics and policies
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in leadership
roles within progressive organizations
Extensive experience in human resources operations, including
compliance management and employee relations
Proven track record in adult learning theory and organizational
development
Strong expertise in creating and implementing equitable and
inclusive policies
Approachable leadership style with a commitment to economic,
racial, and gender justice
